It is simply the case that Stanton DeFreitas believes that his childhood has benefited him all his life. In his childhood, in the Scarborough section of Toronto, he was exposed to a wide variety of traditions and cultures and he embraced them all. That was one of the benefits of being raised in one of the most diverse cities in Canada and the world. His experiences as a Canadian with Caribbean ancestry include the ability to experience and witness many different cultures. Stanton DeFreitas firmly believes that his life and his career as an international business consultant are far better as a result.

The exposure to many different ways of thinking that has made Stanton DeFreitas a great businessman and a better human being. However, he wants to share the knowledge he has gained with the world in a way that makes life better for everyone. It is not possible to find a human who isn't affected by cultural diversity and the inevitable clash that often happens. Therefore, Stanton DeFreitas believes that everyone should attempt to broaden their horizons in every way; spiritually, academically and culturally. That is the only way to reduce the likelihood of conflict.

That is the primary reason Stanton DeFreitas wants to be a writer. He would love to communicate his vision to people on the issues he believes are most important to society. Of course, that includes international current events, but it also includes global travel, international sports and even personal health and wellness. His greatest desire is to let people everywhere know how we can work better together, among various world cultures. Some cultures may have solutions to problems that no one else will every discover unless we all interact to a greater degree.
